Located in Loveland, Colorado at 1803 N. Taft Ave, I.D. - Property Inspections, Inc. was founded in 2002 by Jon Rudolph.
 The purpose of I.D. - Property Inspections, Inc. is to establish and continue developing a successful and personally rewarding business based on providing life-impacting value to people buying or selling a home.
Our approach to achieving this goal comes from the following principles:
1. Develop and deliver a higher standard of performance in home inspections and customer service.
2. Continually obtain and apply training, knowledge, resources and tools.
3. Treat people with mutual respect and consideration.
4. Appreciate God's gifts and enjoy life, family, friends and purpose.
 Jon Rudolph - President, Principal Inspector
Jon started his professional career in the eighties as a Civil Engineer for a geotechnical engineering firm and environmental laboratory. Jon gained several years of experience in soil, foundation and construction inspections, including materials and environmental sampling, testing and analysis. During the nineties he worked for a unique research institute starting as a technology market analyst and in a relatively short period of time concluding his tenure as a Program Director. Jon was fortunate to have contributed to the successful development of many technologies and studies to address and improve the environmental impacts of natural gas production.
Jon's broad technical and business experience, eye for details, inquisitiveness and his desire to work hands-on align him well for the purpose of I.D. - Property Inspections, Inc.
Jon is also the founding President of the Northern Colorado Chapter of ASHI. Working with other area professional home inspectors the goal of NCC-ASHI is to advance the nationally recognized standard of practice in home inspections and the capabilities of the ASHI inspector through quality training and promoting the value ASHI qualifications in the market place.
